Inspection required not working on mobile app

We live in a small town with no inspection shops. My wife wrote an affidavit and submitted pictures via email after arranging with King Price. Since installing the mobile app, I discovered that the mobile inspection is required and I'm only covered for third party. What happened to my photos and affidavit? I tried submitting the inspection via the app, but on the last screen to save and upload it bombs out with some error and I can't upload or save the inspection. No contact support or report the problem so I'm pretty much left hanging.
