Insensitive of dealing with claims

I was hijacked around March 2021 11:00 in the morning, during the hijacking, I was badly injured and hospitalized for almost 2 months. My car was recover the same day at night and kept by the insurance (king Price). The car was kept for more than a month with no movement to the claim, I was interrogated and told to provide three months bank statement. The claim was not even more than R16k and I paid half of that money as excess. The car was not fixed properly, the insurance kept of saying I must engage the panelbeater while it was them who took the car there. I am not happy at, I am currently shopping for insurance for my two cars and will never advice anyone to insure with king price. I have engaged the retention, the poor guy tried to make me understand of being mistreated and I don't think it was enough. I have been with king price for more than 5 years with not claim and this is how they say "thank you". I will be moving my cars once I get the time to deal with the process of migration. This was a complete waste of money for 5 years...
