Insane excess fee
Firstly I would like to applaud your consultant,good communication from them.
My problem here it’s the excess fee that you guys are charging me,I mean where the hell will I get R27000 if God forbid I get involved in an accident.this is way too much even the explanation I got it’s pathetic cause when I quote with other insurance they are way less compared to your fee.am even thinking of canceling this insurance ASAP.

Its all up to the policy holder to select the premium and excess combination that suits their pocket best at sales stage of the policy.
