Initially after an early morning accident the service was great

Initially after an early morning accident the service was great. However the assessor took very long to inspect the car and only after three weeks and numerous enquiries, I was told that the accident didn't cause any damage ( rocks in the road), but the alternator packed up, so the claim was denied. That I understand and have no issues with, just the fact that it took so long, was very frustrating. Otherwise the service was great with regards to ladies who assisted with my general enquiries, organising a tow truck, etc.
