Inhumane treatment by King Price and BMW ARC ( Club Motors)

I would like to report the inhumane service I have received from King Price and BMW ARC Gezina ( Club Motors).

My vehicle was sent for a rim polish/ repair among other repairs to BMW ARC Gezina ( Club Motors) which was authorized by King Price. All my tyres were four BMW approved Bridgestone Tyres.

However, I noticed that I was given an incorrect and faulty tyre during the vehicle repairs. I have since reported the issue to both King Price and BMW ARC Gezina( Club Motors).

I am currently left with a car which is not roadworthy due to an incorrect tyre and not Bmw approved tyre being replaced on my vehicle. I find this to be a very serious violation of my rights as a consumer since both King Price and BMW ARC failed to ensure the safety of my vehicle during the repair service which was their contractual obligation.

I am currently paying for car insurance yet my insurer is unable to play its part of protecting its customer. My safety is not a priority to King Price and BMW ARC GEZINA (Club Motors) since although being advised of the faulty tyre I was given by their repairer, I am still expected to drive a faulty car which such fault was not on my side.

May this please be investigated and not happen to another customer and I would also greatly appreciate the outcome of this investigation.
