information on policy changed

Good day<br> <br> i have changed my residential address with king price a year back and i have emails to prove it, but to my surprise my policy was never updated. I called to inquire and i was told that its because King price migrated to a new system and that some information was lost and that it will be updated accordingly. I did tell king price that i would love to get discount on my premium or move to other companies as i have made quotes and it came out to be cheaper than what i am currently paying. My policy was amended and it was about 90 cheaper and i accepted, new policy was sent to my surprise my information was changed again stating i have never claimed at all even though i claimed with king price before. i called again the guy told me that my premium is going to increase and he will get back to me which was unbelievable because all information was given to king price when i was quoted infact my write off was with king price
