Incredibly impressed and happy about the quick response on the e-mail I sent

I sent an E-mail this morning raising a concern about the changes on my contract. Happy to say before 11am I already received a phone call from Gareth vd Westhuizen and he was happy to resolve my query which he did promptly. Above all the excitement in his voice to help me out was incredible. I have come to notice most companies never respond to queries that from unhappy customers but kingprice did and they were happy to make me happy as their customer offering great advice as well about way forward.
