Incredibly bad service

King Price is not an insurance that I would ever recommend to anyone! They are not in contact with me regarding my claim. They are dragging this process on for absolutely no reason. It has been 4 weeks and my claim is still being processed. They say that they can't finalise my claim because the guilty party's insurance won't talk to them. They can't continue until the other insurance company confirms what happened.

My car is insured as a business car because I need my car to generate an income. King Price only covers me for 30 days with a rental. We are almost there and they still have not even sent my car to the panel beaters yet!

I am in customer service my self, so I hate doing this but their service is absolutely unacceptable. I have been asking that a manger contact me for almost a week and they keep saying that the manager will contact me, and to this moment no manager has contacted me.
