increasing premiums

so i joined King Price Insurance 3 months ago on the Chilli cover for my Polo 2018 model, everything was as per my contract for the first 2 months in terms of premiums but last month April all of a sudden my premium goes up by R360 with no explanation, when i called them no one could give me reasonable explanation as to why i was charged an extra R360 on the debit order and they do not want to send back my money. It very disappointing because i thought they were legit but hey i guess i should find another insurance, any recommendations?
