Increased insurance premium no notification
I currently have an insurance policy with King Price. To my surprise this month I was debuted an extra R300 for my insurance. I did not receive any notification. I also had to call back 3 times before I was given feedback and the best they could do was me a R200 discount!!! King Price states in all their adverti*****ts and when they pitch you that your insurance will decrease monthly / annually, this is a total contradiction of what actually happened to me. Sadly I will once again have to shop around for a better insurance deal! I really don't want an answer or a **** apology from King Price, I just want people to know about yet another \****"insurance company."""

Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement policy rerates to keep up the rising costs or parts and repairs... Which even we can't ignore!
These costs aren't linked to the value of your car, which as you know, depreciates monthly. And unlike other insurers, King Price takes this into account and DECREASES your comprehensive car insurance premium every month.
You have been in contact with our retentions department whom have assisted with a rerate for you, we are sorry you feel the discount given was not sufficient. Your vehicle monthly premium will however continue to drop as the value depreciates.
