Increase my premium without notice
I have had a policy with this lot for about 15 months, the premium suddenly went up this month.<br> I received no notification about this at all, the car is now a year older so the premium should be reduced not increased.<br> <br> King price has numerous ads on the highway telling everyone how premiums reduce monthly, what a laugh they increase not decrease!!!<br> <br> The increase on my premium was over 12% which is way over the inflation rate. I have not claimed at all from them so only they know why it was increased. And they least they could do is inform they were going to increase the premium!<br> <br> I sent a mail to them complaining but as to be expected this has simply been ignored.<br> Time to move on from this lot<br> <br>
Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement policy rerates to keep up the rising costs or parts and repairs... Which even we can't ignore!
These costs aren't linked to the value of your car, which as you know, depreciates monthly. And unlike other insurers, King Price takes this into account and DECREASES your comprehensive car insurance premium every month.
