Increase in premium and bad value added services

Good day,

I've been a loyal Premier Kingprice customer for almost three years now and I have two MAJOR complaints. 1) Every month Kingprice drops you this snippet to inform you that your premium has decreased by R5.00 or so, which is absolutely great. However, when I started my insurance I was a relatively young individual so after full year of taking the full brunt of my age I emailed Kingprice a requested a review of my risk profile and low and behold my premium dropped my almost R250 which is brilliant. Fast-forward a full year and Kingprice emails me and informs me that after reviewing my risk profile my monthly premium will increase by almost R150? How does this make sense? No claims, older individual… 2) Kingprice promotes the King Cab as one of their value-added products. However, on the 12th of October I phoned the King Cab a total of six times with no answer. The online prompt informs that you can email the service for a manual booking. Upon emailing them, you responded by informing me that my details cannot be found on the system and they cannot help me. This after I quoted my full name, surname, ID number and policy number. Fast-forward to the 15th of November, my yearend function. A brilliant opportunity for me to make use of my Kingprice benefits. I phone Kingcab and low and behold they don’t answer to which I email and the whole process just repeats. I gave the service the benefit of the doubt and you failed dismally on both instances.

As stated above, a gave your value-added benefits the benefit of the doubt but this left me disappointed. That coupled with premiums increasing yearly even though my risk profile decreases, is resulting in me needing to be reactive distrusting. Not what a person expects from your insurer.
