Increase in Premium
I'm very disappointed in the lack of service i received from King Price Insurance, my premium has been R 715.05 and lesser before to my surprise this month they deducted R 843.24 without notifying me of the change, now i'm sitting with a difference of R 128.19 on my premium that i wasn't notified of and do not know the reason for it to go up and certainly don't approve of. I would like for someone to urgently contact me back with this regards and explain the reason for the hike in my premium, so i can make an informed decision if i still need a company who can't even give a courtesy call to the clients to continue being my insurer or if can continue searching for a better quote elsewhere as i feel this is becoming too expensive for me. Look at the premium i paid when i first joined the insurance and what it is now, and advice of the decrease of premium that we are supposed to get like you say on your adverts \cheap car insurance premiums that decrease monthly to correspond with the depreciating value of your car". <br> Hope to hear from you soon.<br> <br> Regards"
Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement policy rerates to keep up the rising costs or parts and repairs... Which even we can't ignore!
These costs aren't linked to the value of your car, which as you know, depreciates monthly. And unlike other insurers, King Price takes this into account and DECREASES your comprehensive car insurance premium every month.
But you know we do our best to save you as much money as possible.... that being said, you have been in contact with our retentions department to discuss your annual increase.
