Incorrectly Cancelled Policy and Charging Fees

Dear Sir/Madam

I am extremely dissapointed with the service received from King Price.

I had purchased a bicycle from Cycle Lab in August 2018, and received 1 month free cover from King Price.

The King Price call center thereafter called me to ask if i would like to sign a full time policy cover for my bicycle, with a monthly premium of R160.00 per month. I had confirmed this, and to my knowledge a full time policy was activated. King Price have a debit order on bank my account for R160.00 and they were paid the following amounts on the following dates:

28 August 2018: R28.33 31 August 2018: R159.89 1 October 2018: R160.00

I then receive an email from King Price today, 8 October 2018, informing me that my policy as been cancelled. Please advise why it has been cancelled because to my knowledge i had signed a full time policy and King Price has been paid monthly as indicated above. I have called the King Price call center and they notified me that my policy has been cancelled as it was only a promotional one month policy. However, King Price have the audacity to continue receiving a monthly installment for a policy which i am told does not exist. If so, I believe i am entitled to be paid back my money.

In addition to this, why have King Price deducted the money from my bank account if the promotion indicated that the first month's cover was free.

Please can you resolve this as a matter of urgency and inform me if my bicycle is still covered. And please can i receive a proof of my policy cover because King Price have a debit order on my bank account.

It has been over a week since i emailed King Price regarding the issue and have had no response!
