Incorrect Premium information provided to Trans Union by King Price
The status of my account has still not been updated on my credit report. I am urgently trying to buy a house and still notice that my insurance premium has been overstated incorrectly on my Tranunion Report.
Why have they not updated the amount to the actual correct amount R1156.58 instead of R 1 971 ? i have been asking for my credit report to be rectified.
This is rather annoying and disappointing King Price. Where is the prompt quality service i pay for?
