Incorrect billing of car insurance for vehicle not even purchased.

I was in the process of buying a second hand car. King Price Insurance contacted us to quote on the insurance. We then set the car through an AA test but the air-bags failed so we did not purchase the car. King Price then continued with the insurance even though we did not accept any form of insurance or received any form of correspondence via email or signed any contracts.

They automatically started deducting monthly installments from our account for insurance on a car we did not even purchase. We noticed the money taken from our account and requested a cancellation on the insurance as well as a refund of the 3 month insurance already payed.

I have cancelled the insurance but they refuse to refund us. This is utterly unacceptable for a company to deduct money from your account without signing any contract and then refusing to refund especially in this case where I am paying for insurance on something I did not approve or even purchase.

I would strongly advise not to even consider them to give you a quote. They are overcharging and have no client service while taking money from you without your consent.
