INCONSIDERATE
I have an insurance with this company and on top of it I added TYRE AND RIM COVER. Towards the end of May I had a severe tyre punch and since I pay every month I expected when I claim it will be smooth like other companies, but to my surprise the lady i spoke to charmaine is telling me that they will pay the garage and i will have to add the balance. I have never worked with such inconsiderate people before.
i need the money in my account and i will decide when and where i change my tyre, as when i pay this insurance every month i dont ask questions
