incomplete vehicle assessment leads to incomplete job done and now further damages to the vehile

i have allways appreciated the service at king price, however i not have an issue that is urgent and am unable to get hold of relevent people to assist me. i has an accident in December, which the claim was approved at King Price CKP***/1. .My vehicle was taken to S&K pannel beaters at mthatha. which they don't communicate and update about the vehile . Day 1.after collection of my vehicle, i had battery issues which i jad to go buy a new battery yet i never had battery problems before. i don't drive long distance most of the time so i could not pic up othe issues. i then realize that the aircon is not working and the port for charging my phone doesn't have power. when i go to town and reach area where i have to turn i realised that my car doesn't turn to full swing to the rigjt mostly and left is also affected. i took my vehicle to the pannel beaters to complain about the problem affecting the wheels, my vehicle was taken to wheel alignment to check with the issue but they still didn't comeup with a solution. at that time my vehicle was booked for service at myers. i requested them to check the issues and i was told that the starring rack was broken. i then spoke toa service provider at king price who advised that i take back the car to pannel beater. i requested that the assor re do the assessment and then when these are ordered, i will then take back the vehicle for repair and use the courtesy car. how ever The assessor from king price told me he is far and can not come to assess the vehicle. He insisted that i must take the vehicle back to panneal beaters for re assessment and i was not happy to do that , because i did that after the i picked up the problem and i was not helped. now i went to isuzu and they made a report at these damages that were misseesed
