Incomplete vehicle!!!

They have no sense of customer service, my claim was stalled for a month before any repairs started and then I was given a car with overheating issues (something it never did before the accident)to make things worse they gave me back an incomplete vehicle with missing parts! The so called assessor named Shaun told me his ordered the part but now refuses to take my call I'm still waiting 1 and a half months later with no feedback!!!
