INCOMPITENT, RUDE, USELESS IN EMERGENCIES
DO NOT GET THIS COVER _ ESPECIALLY FOR EMERGENCIES!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH INCOMPITENT EMERGENCY STAFF. The environment was so noisy, she was so rude and kept repeating hi how are you after I asked her first upon saying hello and 3 times subsequently. She just shut up and left the call going after I asked can she hear me. IF YOUR STAFF CANNOT CONTROL THEMSELVES AT HOME PLEASE LET THEM WORK AT THE OFFICE AND WATCH THEM LIKE CHILDREN!!!!! Extremely unprofessional
