All my payments are up to date, I have never defaulted nor claimed yet you are unable to assist me, telling me that you are doing a previous insurance background check. ***!!!!! Your claims people tell tlme that they only take messages. This is a privately owned company but you are operating like state owned enterprises. We have absolutely no house content and I have been waiting 24 hours and no answers from you. This is unacceptable!!! </div>
