On the 4th of June 2018 I logged a claim with King Price insurance and they processed my claim, towed the vehicle to their assessment yard and assessed my vehicle, on the 9 th of June 2018 they than tried to debit my account for their insurance premium which failed to go through because of sufficient funds, on the 12th of June 2018 I received a call from one of their call centre agent informing me that I did not pay my 25th of May 2018 premium .. I than called them back asking them why wasn't I informed from the 25 of May 2018 till now that I did not pay my May premium a Lady by the name of Thuli declined my claim, when I asked why she told me that I was on a grace period when I lodged the when I asked why didn't she tell me that I was on a grace period so I can make sure that I have enough funds in my account so they can b able to debit before the grace period finishes and I also asked her that should they have found sufficient funds in my account would they have continued with my claim she said yes they were going to fix the my vehicle since i'm their client, they than returned my vehicle yesterday st********** in wrong places where there was no damage
