I have made numerous attempts to change my policy with King Price but they keep sending me the wrong details on my policy which is becoming extremely frustrating. They don't call you back and have an attitude over the phone when you try to ask for the correct information to be put onto your policy and sent to you. I fail to understand how difficult it is for them to capture the correct information after numerous attempts at explaining!!
