<p>I called a few weeks ago to cancel my policy, and the gentleman who was helping me was Nevasen Moodley, he tried to convince me to stay with kingprice and even went as far as lowering my premium, he then asked me to send him a copy of the insurance I was moving to of which I emailed him and waited for his call back. A few days later I called with no success of reaching him till today....I was assisted by another lady who promised to get him to call me back at 13;30pm...of which never happened.... It's really annoying and time consuming calling these people as they are not efficient.. All I want is my policy to be canceled that's all!!!!!</p>
