*********** and poor service

I had an accident on the 17 January 2022, my claim was authorized on the 28th Jan 2022.

On the 1st February 2022 my car was towed and taken to king price assessment center and arrived safely on the 2nd, on the 11th February at 13h59 I received an email that authorization was released and Auto Magic holdings 2 will be attending to my car.

On the 20th of February I called panelbeters and was told that they never received my car which was 10 days later after Auth was release.

On the 21st February I was told that my car was at pride autobody, when I called them they also knew nothing about my car.

Car was received at panelbeters on the 3rd of March and my rental car was extended to 18th of March.

On the 8th of March my car was still not attended to awaiting parts which were only fast tracked after making calls to the insurance ever3second day. Today I have to return the rental car at 16h45 whivh means I'm without a car to mine is finished and all thanks to some *********** people who does not care about others.
