On the 28th of April I phoned King Price and cancelled my insurance which was only supposed to have gone off a month later. I took a recording of the conversation I had with the consultant (from the recording it sounds like his name was Mohali). The call ended in silence when I refused to stay with them. I had to ask Mohali whether or not he is going to cancel the insurance. He confirmed yes. This morning King Price deducted money off of my account. This is not the first time I have been with King Price and after receiving extremely bad service with my claim last year I thought I would give them one more chance since they were the cheaper option at the time. It has now been confirmed that even after giving them a second shot that they still proof to be ***********. I would never recommend anybody to go to King Prices. Do not be fooled by their cheap prices because this will still never make up for their bad service.
