<p>I was involved in an accident on 20 February. Since then, I would not receive feedback from King Price unless I call first and then I am told Tebogo will call me back. I have now been called and told that you are still checking my previous insurance companys and asked me to call a previous employer!!!! Seriously???? I SHOULD CALL MY PREVIOUS EMPLOYER???? What does this have to do with getting my car repaired? Wy should I have to do your work? Meanwhile I am stuck without a car as I cannot request a courtesy car as my vehicle has not been booked into a panel beater. Very disappointing, poor service.</p>

Your previous insurance needs to be validated. You had indicated that you had previously driven a company vehicle. We therefore needed to validate this information in terms of your previous insurance.
