Incompetency from legal team and unfair conclusions

Iam very disappointed with this insurance hence I'm even willing to cancel my policy with them. My driver was involved in a car accident involving an estate. Some guys were cutting grass and hit a window of a car. Driver of the car stopped at the curve where no one could have seen that someone just stopped for what ever reason. Mind you it a down slope curved place. My driver (motor bike) had to decide whether he swing to on coming traffic of which it had no road barriers that could've thrown him to some dangerous bushes.he then bumped at the edge of bumper and fell with his head and was hospitalized for some time.

Investigators of King price showed incompetency by first charging my driver for all damages. They were now being informed by a third party of what actually happen. Then they now started to look for weakest link. They said now estate should take accountability of their employees for cutting grass while cars were coming and that's was it. Not considering their driver for stopping in a very critical place that could have caused massive deaths if more cars were coming behind. Just today I have received a mybe 5th call from different legal person trying to resolve the issue. Still even today I had to correct them of what actually happened.

As a surprised today i have requested and just recieved a report from them that I only have 14 days to pay the amount of 14000 or case be reffered to attorneys. Well its a pity that I'm just the owner and the driver that committed an offense haven't received any call since.

Honestly as a client I would like to request a call also based on my profile as this raises a lot about company. This could be me and it scary how you guys conclude on scenarios and how easy for you guys to run away from some responsibilities.
