Incompetence/pathetic service

The accident had transpired on the 3rd of June, and the car was towed from the scene, after consulting King price, only to be contacted thereafter by King Price advising that the tow truck driver had **** about his details and was not authorized.A cost for which they claim I am now responsible. The claim was put through on the 9th of June. The panel beaters have advised me on the 23rd July they had only received the car on 3rd July.On the 17th of July I received an sms indicating that the parts were on the way.I was incorrectly advised on the 17th of July that a further extension courtesy car had been arranged for me by a King Price consulant, however this call was conveniently untraceable, as per Shaldon. We received minimal feedback from King Price. The delays and inefficiencies has led to a months delay on my car, which means my car was not in my possession for nearly 2 months.King Price in particular Shaldon Harilal has been non responsive when I queried the whereabouts of my car from the 3rd June to 3rd July. Added to the mounting stress, i was told by Shaldon that I am looking for loopholes. This is the worst service in any industry that I or my spouse has ever dealt with.<br>

Hello keru0903,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. We'd like to take the opportunity to apologise for your bad experience. We take our commitment of royal service very seriously and we hate hearing that we've disappointed you.

Shaldon from our claims department has been in contact to discuss your concerns. We do note that there was a delay in repair due to parts delay.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
