Incompetence. Dishonest.

I have unblocked Budget Insurance from True Caller. Next time they call, guess who will be very happy to take their call ???

They have the best advisors though. Expect the one that was allocated to my claim. Brandon, a whole 3 months my car went it for a mere sunroof, I never spoke to him once. I about 3 advisors that I spoke to that went out of their way to assist me when this gentleman could ever say, "I will call you back", then nevers does. Ghosted. Did not respond to emails. At one point after the parts arrived, he had the responsibility of arranging car to be delivered from their(insurance) to the repairers, he sat on this while I thought my car was being repaired. When it was followed up, he had no clue where he arranged the car to go and did not leave notes on their systems. I went nuts knowing no one has information of where my car is. It was eventually found.

They approved quotation of one repairer, while they communicated with another. I made excess payments and all, this is at their instruction that claim approved and I should liaise with this service provider, I received a call 2 weeks later, they had been talking to another service provider whom they are happy with , you could hear that they have completely forgotten that they approved the initial quote and the service provider even ordered the parts - I had to breakdown, that to them, that which is their internal business, I had to shed light. It was laughable,l and ridiculous. I just did not ask if this provider had ordered parts already.

They are not responsible for repairs, sure, they are the insurer, but it is appalling how unaccountable they are with their business partners(repairers) .

I was advised against this insurance, don't be like me. DO NOT use kingprice.
