In the case of a real-life crisis, you will not be treated as Royalty, don't be fooled!

Reported a water leak on the 29 April 2025, had 3 teams come out to access and find the problem. the Gas detector guy found 2 leaks and said it is in the same pipe from the water meter outside to my kitchen door Finally, after more than a week, plumber came and just opened inside the yard where he taught the water was leaking, broke the concrete and cut a pipe that was not leaking and when I asked him does he have the scope of work, he rep****, no but the other guy that came said it was here. I told him that the water you have been seeing on the floor is from the basin that the house helper does washing only on delicate clothes that we do not put in the washing machine, by that time he was already done cutting a perfectly fine pipe and replaced it with a 50cm copper pipe. He said the insurance only approved 1 leak not the 1 outside at the meter. I called the Kings very unprofessional Royal consultants, They told me that the 2 leaks were not related but i get a different story from the Gas leak guy who says he told them that it was on the same line, The Royals now says that i need to register another claim, now they ignored the plumber opening and fixing the incorrect pipe and want me to register a claim for outside the property and again on the inside. This will be 3 claims in total. This went on from the 29 April to the 14 May, when I finally cancelled the insurance. Also note that in the 16 days the Royals only called me twice, i had to call the rest of the times and when I get through to a Royal Consutant and explain my case, the call conveniently gets cut.

When you get something for free, don't complain but when you are paying for a service that just does not exist there needs to be some repercussions and ownership that no one from The Royals accepted, they did not take ownership and lost a good paying client.

They say don't argue with an idiot, in this case many idiots as they will beat you on their level, I will never recommend anyone to consider joining the Royals, as you will never get that Royal treatment.

I will also report this matter to the Insurance Ombudsman.
