Impressive Service - Rare to find those who go the extra mile ! :)

Generally I think most people write reviews when they have something to complain about or perhaps that's just me. I would like to praise the efforts of King Price who I have been with since their inception and since mine. We are currently in a tough economy so I guess everyone is looking to cut costs. It's renewal time at KP so this usually comes with an increase. I wasn't entirely pleased with the increase as it was quite steep but retentions went the extra mile to cut a deal and discounted the premium. It wasn't exactly as low as I anticipated but it was still a save. I guess what kept me hanging around with KP was the service received from one of their consultants Isago Kaitshane. Really good service I find these days is few and far between. I give this lady full marks. She had a great attitude. Really easy to deal with and went the extra mile to try and assist me. I think we could all learn something from her. In a world filled with cruelty I think we should all offer kindness first. Isago most certainly did just that. Well done guys, keep it up !
