Impressive customer care I have ever received

Renier Herbst is an employee of the day to me. For years I have always been impressed by 0 excess on claims without actually understanding that it depends on your installment not just age. I have heard 0 excess because I am over 55 years with nobody explaining that my monthly premium was affected. I appreciate the clarity made and as well a variety of options given to me all explained thoroughly and I was not under pressure to choose. The open door still left in case I may decide otherwise. The discount I did not expect. I really view my self in royalty. Thank you so much Renier. You have made my day I am still smiling. Keep it up!!
