Impossible to cancel...
What the hell do I have to do to cancel my policy with you lot?!?!?!?! I've called numerous times, but can never get through to retention after sitting on hold forever, I get promised call backs - doesn't happen, request call backs - doesn't happen, try the bot - get told to call the call center...
