I'm very pleased my claim was authorized and my car fixed-thats the one star 🌟 HOWEVER - I organised it myself - from booking the car in for the initial assessment, checking on claim, booking the car in for repairs, feedback re repairs
I'm very pleased my claim was authorized and my car fixed-thats the one star 🌟 HOWEVER - I organised it myself - from booking the car in for the initial assessment, checking on claim, booking the car in for repairs, feedback re repairs. Communication from King Price was non existent. If I didn't do all the work, my car would never have been repaired.
