I'm super hurt.
I tried to claim but trust me I have never felt so helpless while I had an insurance that told me that they will be there for me. Instate I felt like the insurer and their people who suppose to be fixing my car want me to suffer while my car is not fixed.Now after 5 months they tell me that they won't fix it and they are not liable to the damages that the car suffer in that period. So sad...
