IGNORE TO GIVE ME HELP

When joining insurance reason is you get help when inneed. My car show me tht I must switch off engine too far from home that was before 1.00pm. The company transfer me to all department they have and ending disconnecting my call. I had to use my own descretion as I was the one at risk and hire breakdown and pay it. They start doing follow up @ 4.00pm start again to transfer me to all departments on the company. I am asking myself a question do they have to treat me like that. Very disappointed fulstrated and panicking
