Ignore cancellation and refuse to refund premium
<p>King Price didn't cancel my policy after sending in a written cancellation. The premium was still debited from my account and now they refuse to refund me. After years of being their client and now trying to get one last premium out of me is shameful.</p>
Although we never really enjoy hearing that our clients have been frustrated or disappointed by us, we do appreciate you bringing situations like this to our attention, so that we can immediately improve the service we provide.
