Non existent service. Called and submitted a claim for my windscreen to be repaired. After speaking to four different departments it was sent through to their contractor. Auto Glass should have phoned me within the hour, to this day no call.

My vehicle was struck by a freak hail storm yesterday, claim was submitted immediately as we only have the one vehicle. Phoned to follow up this morning and of course as in South Africa the claims department is offline.

Only helpful person was the emergency assist guy I spoke to. Let’s see if he will phone me back as promised.

I have never regretted anything more in my life. These people are supposed to assist you in your time of need and they’re selling “anytime assistance” this statement can not be more false.
