Id Choose King Price over and over again!!!!

I would like to post a compliment to KingPrice for the way they handled my claim.

I am still in awe at how professionally and efficiently they handled my claim.

This was my very first claim. There were so many things I didn’t know of, that happened, but they helped me understand so that when this happens again or a similar incident happens what should I be aware of.

I was in an accident on the 18 June 2022, involving a third party. My vehicle was written off and later on the third-party vehicle was also written off. I was obviously insured with king Price but the third party was not insured. I was sure that I would have to pay certain portion to settle the third party claim but the claims department ensure me that there is no money that I will have to pay.

My claim was done in record time and within 2 months I was able to get a new vehicle and I made sure to insure it again with King Price. Mr Nkosi Mthembu was of great assistance and helped me go through every fine print to make sure that should I encounter an accident again what are the most important things I should cover and know.

My claim was handled by a Ms Lindo Ntsonga and the third-party claim was handled by a very sweet and understanding Mr Dennis.

Mr Dennis made sure I do not stress about the third party and emphasized that they will be stressing on my behalf and that they will take care of every cost implication and I will not have to spend any cent towards the third party claim. And I must say I didn’t believe him until he called to update me of which he didn’t have to do but felt I was stressing way too much about this and he came through for me, him and his managers.

I am over and beyond impressed and pleased with KingPrice right form the bottom of my heart. And I would most definitely refer them to anyone who wants a stress-free car insurance. The worst happened to me, and they came through without any hassles, hell I even got a trauma councilor that checked up on just after the accident and she really helped as well.

King price treated me with royal respect that they so proudly speak of, and I was indeed treated like a princess.

I could choose kingPrice over and over again!!!!
