I wouldn't recommend King price, legal department very unprofessional.

Claims department I will give them 7/10 , their legal department 1/10. Very useless, no communication nothing. I had an incident in October 2023, my car was parked, then a lady from my complex reversed and damaged the headlight on my car, tried to claim from her insurance, it was a struggle, then I decided to claim from King price, claim was approved, then I asked them to claim as a 3rd party from the lady's insurance, until today, I haven't received my access fee, they keep on telling me that it's a long process. After almost two years I'm giving up and I had to beg them for updates on the matter.
