I would love to commend Cecilia on her exceptional customer service. My vehicle broke down and it had to be towed to my home on the weekend, as my mechanic was closed for the weekend. As I had no means to get the vehicle to the mechanic - she was able to assist me with a tow at my convenience. She assured me that she was able to assist me and for me not to stress. She is extremely professional and more especially empathetic to my situation. She knew her processes inside out and was very patient with me. I loved interacting with her and hope that she will be recognised for her excellent customer service. I will stay with King Price, because of Cecilia. Thank you my dear. Pam
