I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance. I must say that my experience with the retentions supervisor yesterday was probably one of the best examples of customer care I have experienced in literal years. He was incredibly professional, polite, knowledgeable and (very uncommonly in SA) - Joyful. Even though I was processing a cancellation of my cover, it was one of the most comfortable engagements I have had with a customer service representative in a long time. Thank you
