I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance. On Monday 2nd December 2024 while driving to work early in the morning. My car broke down on the national highway. I gave call to my insurance provider which is King Price. The lady (Loago) on the line was so calm and professional she first assured that I was well and requested me to provide all my details and also to share with her my position using the Google map location. She then told me she has called a truck to come and tow my car. The truck driver will be there between 45 to 60 minutes. To my surprise within 20 minutes after our conversation I just saw the truck arriving. They managed to tow my car to my place of residence. I was so impressed by the efficiency of their service and their punctuality. Thank you very much Loago for your help today. I really appreciate the time you took to explain everything. It's clear you and king price care about your customers.
