I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance. I had an accident, my claim was assigned to Miss Thato Mgemane. She gave me the best service as a 1st time claiming. I was kept up to date with the progress of the claim to be transferred to their legal department for clarity and advise on my matter. Thabile at legal was also helpful as she gave me advise. I cannot forget Angus who registered my claim, educated me about everything I needed to know about claiming, what to do and not do when you're involved in an accident. My overall experience was awesome, the level of professionalism, empathy, care was 100% thank you very much KP team.
