I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance
I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance. New client. Worst customer experience ever. Went through 3 consultants to request assistance. Claim was put on hold for possible non payment, which was totally not correct. Called again very unhappy. Eventually received assistance from Palesa Mamiala. She was professional and understood my disgruntledness. Thanks to her, my geyser is being replaced as we speak. After being without water for more than 18 hours. Thank you to this person that came to the rescue.
