I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance. I was really frustrated when the annual review of my policy pushed my premium up by over an R1000, and I could not get anyone to assist me with a full schedule to understand where exactly this increase came from. After sending multiple emails daily from the 25th of September with no schedule, only random calls while in meetings creating even more frustration, a call finally came at the right time, when I was available to take the call and had time for a discussion. The call from Nola Lukhele was so welcome and refreshing because she took her time to explain the process, to take me through the schedule to review each item covered, eventually reducing my premium to what I was happy with, resulting in me taking out additional cover because I could afford it. Thank you, Nola, for your professionalism, knowledge, and good nature. If it wasn't for you, King Price would have lost a customer.
