I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance. Yesterday the on site assistance I received from Siyamthanda was very good. He was patient and attentive whilst I was in shock. He organised a recovery vehicle very efficiently. I was very pleased with the way Donovan handled my accident details this morning. He too was patient and understanding and had a very pleasant telephone manner. I commend both of them for their excellent service. The one request I have for KP is to change the automated answering s**** on the call centre number. Today when I missed the first call from a Pretoria number which I did not recognise, I called back and got this loud voice saying something like DO YOU KNOW BLA BLA BLA. I thought it was one of those wretched telemarketing calls and immediately blocked the number. Then I got an SMS from Donovan saying that he was trying to contact me and I called him back. The first words of the answering service should be KING PRICE BLA BLA BLA
