Good Service is very hard to come by in this day and age but sometimes the Fairy Gaurd Mother Sprinkles her magic dust on that one SPECIAL person and today her name is Kay-Lee Sampson. Thank you for taking ownership of my claim after I waited nearly 2 hours on another consultant to return my call. I sincerely appreciate your kindness and empathy when I made a follow up call.
