I would like to write a review about Precious Mkhanda from Claims department Yesterday i was involved in a traumatic accident, then i spoke to precious the following day, she was so helpful, made me laugh through the entire call, i like how she was concerned about my wellbeing and that of my kids, the patiency she had was out of this world I would prefer her over and over again under the circumstances, she is so good and kind with words
